Founder & Chief Executive Officer

She is a Science Graduate, have one little daughter and a resume with years of experience in various organizations. She always wanted to own a company with a mission to raise awareness of environmental issues, and offer eco-friendly (and stylish!) solutions whenever possible. At Naisha Enterprises, her goal as the owner is for every product to do something immediate and positive for the environment.

Ashima knows it is important to “Save the Planet.” Health is important to her: healthy kids, healthy family, and healthy planet. EARTHENS offers practical ways to keep the planet and families healthy.

Ashima notes, “EARTHENS is a playful shade of Green that’s friendly to moms and growing families. Our foodware for nature lovers are stylish so teens also like them. We have lots of fun ways to eliminate everyday waste.” Ashima’s love of the land, nature and adventure is in every EARTHENS product. Her company answers this question, “The land regenerates us, how can we regenerate the land?”

Is an Australian citizen armed with an MBA in Finance from Australian Catholic University, understood the gravity of Australia’s disposable waste and the GREEN impact a BEIGE Plate could have on our environment. He has boundless energy in devising a framework for identifying new business opportunities; conceptualizing various innovative marketing and business promotion strategies to maximize market penetration. Manish lives and operates from Sydney-Australia and is responsible for providing leadership in managing public relations to help build strong working relationships. On the rare occasions that he does not work, he likes long walks under blue sky
