If you haven’t received your order within 4 working days, please do contact us straight away.
In the event that there may be no one to take delivery of your goods, you are required to provide instructions as to what should be done with the goods upon delivery. If there are no such instructions provided at the time of order specifying what is to be done with goods delivered when no-one is at home, the driver may leave a card & asking you to contact the driver’s depot or drop off the parcel at safely at door. Where a second delivery run is required because there were no instructions given at the time of ordering, you will be 100% responsible for any charges the freight company passes onto
